Employee Pulse Check: Retention Assessment & Report
We will customize a pulse check with your entire team.  A trusted HR expert will help you uncover opportunities to better position yourself to keep the strongest players on your team.  I will uncover your strengths, opportunities and risks. Depending on the size of the team, I will conduct confidential interviews or surveys with some potential focus group follow-up.  We can also tackle any other customized information you want to gather at the same time.  You will receive a report that will offer suggestions to enhance your ability to retain your key players or minimize your risk of losing them.
