You will have an ongoing sounding board to resolve your struggles with hiring, managing and growing your team, while also achieving your personal, team and business goals. We can meet weekly or bi-weekly and I’ll be an email or call away for urgent issues that come up.

I’m Jenny Revels, an HR consultant and leadership coach with over 25 years of experience in helping leaders and small business owners like you with all facets of hiring and managing teams…and when necessary, having difficult conversations or making changes, in the right way and with minimal legal risk.
I chose to leave corporate life a few years ago to find more balance in my life, spend more time with my husband and two sons, but I wanted to still use my skills to help smaller businesses who don’t always have the funds or resources for hiring a full-time manager or human resources expert.
I enjoy partnering with people like you, who care about their employees and want a trusted sounding board to help when you’re stuck or overwhelmed.
