Culture, Communication & Pulse Checks

Through 1:1 interviews (and sometimes surveys for larger teams), I assess what’s working, what’s draining energy, and where friction is coming from. You receive a summary of patterns, opportunities, and recommendations to improve morale, retention, and effectiveness.

Important note: Real change requires leadership buy-in and follow-through. I can guide and support implementation, but I won’t force what isn’t welcomed.
