I have a background in HR (Bachelor’s) and an MBA, and I spent years leading people and culture work inside a multi-location organization supporting leaders, mentoring teams, and navigating everything from growth to restructure. Over time, I realized that the work I loved most wasn’t policy or paperwork, it was helping people thrive in the roles and environments that truly fit them.

During the COVID years, my own path shifted. I did deeper personal work, explored new tools and modalities, and began integrating a more holistic understanding of mind, body, and spirit into how I serve. Today, I bridge the practical and the personal: grounded business insight, strong intuition, and tools that help people get unstuck and move forward with clarity.
